HO Scale YVT Decals
Ken and Gregory Johnsen have produced a limited number of HO Scale decal sets for lettering models of YVT locomotives Nos. 296 (Trackmobile), 297 (Boxcab), and 298 (Steeplecab). These highly accurate decals were made using a photographic process on the prototype locomotives themselves. Below is a low resolution sample.
Included with every sheet of decals is a set of line drawings of each locomotive showing placement of the letters and numbers.
This decal set is sent free to anyone requesting it who sends in a donation to the Yakima Valley Trolleys of $10 or more. Mail your request and donation along with name and address to Ken Johsen, P.O. Box 161, Renton, WA 98057-0161.
Future sets in this series will include the Line Car #A, the Oporto trolleys, the Master Units, YVT Trucks, and others.
