The City of Yakima has obtained an option to purchase the Carbarn property from Comprehensive Mental Health. The City is now looking for funding.

Volunteers cleared out the bullpen yard in the summer of 2003. A couple hundred feet of track was removed and the boxcars were stored in different locations. The bullpen yard site is to be used by Comprehensive Mental Health for a new building.
